I don’t sell dreams. I sell houses with good bones to people who’ll turn them into homes. Twenty years as an interior designer, eleven as a licensed agent, one county I know by heart, and one rescue Maltese named Charlie who thinks he runs the show.

A designer’s eye on the Hunterdon market

Before I ever sold a house, I spent two decades reading them — bones, flow, light, proportion. I trained at Berkeley College of Interior Design and spent my career learning what makes a room work and why. When I became a licensed agent eleven years ago, I didn’t leave that behind; I built on it. Today I translate what makes a home work into what makes it sell, and what makes a house worth buying into a place you’ll actually want to live.

That’s the difference clients feel. Most agents lead with “experience” and “local knowledge.” I have both — Illinois-born, Jersey-made, with more than thirty years in New Jersey and two decades inside Hunterdon homes. But the edge is the eye: seeing the potential others walk past, and the small, honest details that move a sale.

Who I work with

I specialize in two kinds of clients. The first are downsizers and empty nesters — people who’ve lived in their homes for decades and want to be guided, not sold, through one of life’s bigger transitions. The second are move-up and luxury buyers who are design-conscious, have high standards, and have run out of patience for cookie-cutter service. If you want a home, not just a house, we’ll get along.

How I work

Listens, negotiates, closes. For sellers, that means preparing your home so it shows at its best — a designer’s plan for light, flow, and presentation that routinely returns far more than it costs. For buyers, it means seeing past the staging (or the lack of it) to a home’s true bones and value. And for everyone, it means honest counsel and steady advocacy from first conversation to closing table. It’s more than a transaction; it’s a relationship.

Where I work — Hunterdon County, NJ

I’m based on Main Street in historic downtown Clinton, and I work throughout Hunterdon County — including Clinton, Califon, Lebanon, Flemington, Tewksbury, High Bridge, Annandale, Whitehouse Station, Hampton, Glen Gardner, Pittstown, and the surrounding towns. It’s a corner of New Jersey I know street by street, and one I’m genuinely glad to call home.
